Recreational Gymnastics
The Recreational Program at Flex Gymnastics provides entry-level athletes an opportunity to experience the fun, discipline, and commitment the sport requires, while building relationships with classmates and coaches. As athletes advance through the Recreational Program, they gain confidence and begin to identify as a gymnast, allowing them to gage their interest in progressing further in the sport. Flex Gymnastics allows the athlete every option to love the sport at the level of their choice

Girls Gymnastics
Girls gymnastics is focused on familiarizing students with the fundamentals of gymnastics. The focus will be on learning the terminology, handstands and other fundamental skills on each event, strength and flexibility, and most importantly enjoying the sport of gymnastics.
Ages 6 and Up
Once a Week: 55 Minutes

Advanced Gymnastics
Advanced gymnastics is the highest level of our recreational program. Gymnasts in this class will be working competitive level skills. This is a great class for gymnasts to work on team level skills but not have team level commitment.

Homeschool Gymnastics
Homeschool recreational gymnastics is focused on getting the gymnasts moving and learning the fundamentals of gymnastics. The focus will be on learning the terminology, handstands and other fundamental skills on each event, strength, and most importantly enjoying the sport of gymnastics. Each class will be structured with a warm up game, stretching, and two events. Vault/Bars and Beam/Floor
Intermediate Gymnastics
Intermediate Gymnastics is focused on improving the technique, flexibility, and strength that is required for the fundamental skills and the beginning of upgraded skill sets. Gymnasts will need to have the desire to listen, learn, and work hard to improve in the sport.
